4. Payment & Refund Policy

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings.
Final Payments: Full payment is required before final delivery of projects.
Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a contract.

5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth production process, clients must:

✔ Be available for approvals and revisions.

Shina Studios is not responsible for delays caused by a client’s failure to meet deadlines or provide required materials.
6. Revisions & Edits
